Happy Monday Team...Can you believe it...it's finally here...the week before Winter Holiday Break...and well, we made it!!!!

This school year has been such a challenge...so many things to reflect on and to learn from. You all have worked tirelessly this school year.  I truly appreciate all of the hard work and sacrifices that you have made. You are the reason that we have experienced the small steps...the growth...the successes that have occurred.  I can't fully express my heartfelt appreciation for each of you...but, it's there.  Our first virtual Friday was a success! You all did a great job! Thank you for your commitment to our students. This holiday season, please rest and enjoy yourselves. You all truly deserve it!

Due to the departure of one of our 5th grade teachers, Ms. Abston will be stepping in as the interim teacher. If you need her, please email her. Behavior issues that need to be addressed, please contact Mr. Bynum or Ms. Campbell.

Full Lesson Observations

It's that time of year. Typically, we will conduct full lesson observations in December. However, everyone has been so busy, we decided to delay observation until January. The first observation will be announced. There are a few things to keep in mind as you plan for your observation. Review the Classroom Framework document with the Dean Look-fors.  Make sure that you prepare. Preparation and consistency are key. You are all expected to have a copy of your written lesson plan available for me when I come to observe you. Observations will take place between Jan 3rd- Jan. 14th.
